Exactly.

Though in Rubio's case, staying in Europe might not be that bad of an idea. I know he is nice and all, but he looks like a middle school prep boy more than he does a professional athlete. Let him play two more years in Europe, get bigger, improve his game, and come into the league at the age of 20 with a likely chance of contributing right away. He is still only 18, if he was American, he would be forced to attend college or go to Europe for a year, anyway. The Wolves will still have his rights, and they will be able to sign, essentially, a more complete player without all this hassle.
