because he's open very often, and late in the shot clock. I honestly don't understand this Moon criticism. I don't remember him ever taking a bad shot, a.k.a a 3pt attempt in the first 5-10 seconds of the attack. Yes, he takes a lot of 3pt shots, and yes he shouldn't take them. However, that's not his fault - when you receive the ball with 5-7 seconds left and you are open, you have 2 options, shoot an open 3pt shot, or pass the ball to somebody who will be in a very tough position to do anything of quality. If anything, blame Mitchell for how he constructs our offense.
Regardless, I think next season this point will be moot. If he improves his percentages by 5%, he will no longer be allowed all these open shots by the opposition, and he will get a better chance of driving to the basket.
