I feel that I have the blinders off right now (it's easy to do after a shit season), and I'll say that their history is not at all an epic fail. There are 7 players there that were above average or great picks: Stoudamire, Camby, McGrady, Jamison, Bosh, Villanueva, Bargnani. That's not a bad pick history considering the short tenure of this organization. Sure, there were a couple mistakes, but every team has those in their closet.
