Sorry for your loss Thriller but I totally know where your coming from. Sure pets aren't human, but they are apart of your family. We had two cats that passed away within the last couple years and I never realized how hard it would be to deal with their passing away.

Anyhow, we had our cats cremated because it was covered through our pet insurance (best investment we've ever made), but do whatever make your family feel is right.

Sometimes the best way to deal with a pet loss is to adopted another and give them a good and safe home to live.
