It's kind of like a sauna, but bigger, and without the rocks. It's a heated room.
It builds muscles you never thought you had. It doesn't make anything huge, but it tones your entire body, and builds all the muscles that have to do with posture. If you got a bad back and poor posture like I do, it's a good idea.
