Default Eric Smith's Blog Regarding Ford Situation

Just read this from Eric's blog and some more insight to this drama known as T.J..

Now, to be honest, I didn’t stake-out the Ford situation because I was busy getting the FAN’s pre-game show done (compiling interviews, etc) so I spent a great deal of my time out on the floor … not back near the locker rooms.

However, Feschuk and Paul Jones (amongst others) confirmed that Sam Mitchell did end up speaking to Ford as well. After Eversley and Ford were done with their chat, TJ still hadn’t changed into his uniform as he now was involved in a tete-a-tete with his coach.

The media did hear a comment - from Joey Graham I believe - that did make it sound like Ford was upset enough at something that he was ready to walk out … or so it seemed. Because Graham’s comment was (paraphrasing): “He ain’t going nowhere without his backpack” - referring to TJ’s carryall that was still hanging in his locker.
