Anybody here workout?
If so what are your numbers. For instance, on the bench press, dumbbell press, Bicep Curl etc.
I've only been working out for a year and a half so far. So I'm not no bodybuilder. Here are my max numbers.
Bench press: 185 pounds x 5 reps
Incline dumbell press: 2-70 pound dumbbells x 8 reps
Bicep Curl: 2-45 pound dumbbells x 4-5 reps on each arm
