Actually, Eastern Commerce is #1 followed by Mother Teresa and Henry Carr (actually, Carr has become more of a basketball powerhouse over the past 10 years or so)...
When I was at St. Mike's, I remember guys like Magloire, Oakwood had a few decent guys - Dean Walker who played at Central Connecticut, Clifton Davis (who went to Laurentian). I remember Jean Vanier had a good progam too. One guy who played for them (I can't remember his name, but he was like 6'6" and could jump out of a gym) who's mom was Carlene Nation (CFTO news anchor)
