Well, depends how you look at it.

Due to the fact that he has never really lost, Fedor has to be put as a #1 P4P. Arguments can be made over who can beat him. Machida, Anderson and GSP are 3 guys that one could make an argument for. They all have they ability to beat Fedor without paying too much mind to the obvious size difference. I just feel that a TRAINED BJ fighting at 165 could beat almost anyone in the world...whether I believe that now is irrelevant because Penn has show that he doesnt train hard enough for his fights. He doesn't have a real coach or trainer, he does it himself. He has no one to push him and no one to be scared of. GSP on the other hand puts his utmost faith in his trainers and he trusts that they will police and discipline him at all times. BJ just doesn't have that...George steps into Tristar and literally bows and his trainers feet out of respect and reverence...

If anybody with a decent ground game came to Fedor with Freddy Roach [who says BJ is the best boxer in the game] as their boxing coach they'd stand a chance. If Arlovski never went for that ******ed flying knee we might have had a new WAMMA champion.
